File formats

Artwork must be supplied in one of the following formats:

- High Resolution print-ready PDF (preferred)

- Adobe Illustrator EPS format with all fonts converted to outlines

- Adobe Photoshop TIFF format at 300 dpi

- Adobe Photoshop JPEG format at 300 dpi

- QuarkXPress format including all supporting files, screen and printer fonts

Web & Video formats

- Buttons – 120 pixel wide x 60 pixel high

- Banners – 468 pixels wide x 60 pixels high

- Video – mov file or mpg format – Standard ratio 4 x 3
                                           Widescreen 16 x 9

Newsletter formats

- Banner – 640 pixel wide x 75 pixel high
- Button – 130 pixel wide  x 150 pixel high


Checklist:

- All RGB and spot colours must be converted to CMYK

- Artwork must include 3mm bleed where appropriate

- Imported colour and greyscale images must be at least 300 dpi

- Imported bitmap images must be at least 800 dpi

- No GIFs or PNGs please
